An opportunity for the physiotherapist to learn more about your child and complete a comprehensive assessment to inform and initiate the treatment plan.
Treatment is also initiated during the initial assessment, and may include hands-on therapy, education, exercise programs and/or positioning strategies.
We know that meaningful, lasting change does not happen in just one hour, so we always provide a simple home exercise plan to empower caregivers to continue therapy between visits.
At a follow-up visit, the physiotherapist will re-assess your baby and progress the treatment plan.
In-clinic appointments are available upon completion of a consultation.
Our services are not covered under OHIP. We provide invoices as proof of payment for extended health benefits through insurance.
